Valid ID Requirements for Notarization
To complete a notarization in Pennsylvania you must present a valid, government-issued photo ID .
The ID must:​

Driver's license or state-issued ID card
ID must always be up to date, expired ID will be rejected.

U.S passport or passport card
A foreign passport is also accepted as long as it is current unexpired; in a language notary can understand.

Military ID
Must have a signature and photo

Green card of foreign passport
With US entry stamp
Note: School IDs, credit cards, or expired IDs are not accepted.
